A Builders Report or Pre-purchase House Inspection is much more than just doing Moisture Testing and Infrared Thermal Imaging.Under the NZS4306:2005 Particular Attributes (risk areas) also need to be identified as part of the Weather Tightness Assessment of the Property.Unfortunately there is a misconception that all Building Inspectors are Builders. There are very very few Building Inspectors in Auckland who have carried out 10,000 Building Inspections and are still trading.I have the advantage of building through the 80s, 90s and into the 2000s which gives me the experience and knowledge to supply you with a proper Comprehensive Builders Report on the property which you are looking at making a large investment into.make sure that you choose a Building Inspector who is suiatbly qualified and experienced.What my clients say
