- Bookings online recieve a 5% discount by entering OB in the coupon while making the booking online. Why do we offer a discount for booking online? It saves use a large amount of time and work with no invoicing or reconcillation required.

- How to make a booking online:
- Choose the inspection and add ons required (if any) and click on the required inspection and scroll down to the calender which will show the available days. (Highlighted).
- Click on the available days which will be highlighted and that will show what times are available on that day. Note if there are no highlighted numbers on the calendar it means these days have already been booked out.
- Click on the available day and time and fill out the required information.
- Payment is is through PayPals secure payment system. You do NOT need a Pay Pal account to use this facility.
- If for any reason you need to cancel your Booking prior to us starting the inspection SPPI have a full refund policy. When making a booking using our online booking system you will recieve an automated comfirmation email with a link which allows you to reschedule or cancel your inspection if required. FULL Refunds will be made back to the credit card used for making the booking.
- Our booking system requires that we enter a minimum time that our inspection will generally take. There is NO CHARGE for any additional time if our inspection takes longer than 1 hour
